Price Increase in 6 months

Hi, I have installed fiber at my home with Home Connect via Zoom Fiber. I am currently with them for about 6 months and received an email indicating that there is a price increase of >20 % i.e. a R120 increase. When I enquired with Home Connect they told me that it was Zoom who increased the premium. How is this possible? Thanks

Good Day Logan, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. This should have been communicated by the sales rep and listed in your contract with your selected ISP.
