Poor service zoom needs to be closed

I have not been out of connection for almost a week now. Been so patient with this horrible company that keeps on making empty promises for the whole week. My daugther is corresponding via unisa and couldnt do her assignments because they have failed to send a technician to come and connect me. Had to pop out money from my own pocket whilst ive paid for my connection. I am super ****ed. This company needs to be closed. They are vultures and *******. Never ever will I recommend it to anyone.
