Poor service

I am so disappointed at your service recently. My monthly payments are always up to date but I always get messages that threaten to suspend my service. Worse, I haven't had connection since yesterday and you guys are not even contactable, I can't find any response from any of your social media platforms. I am not getting my value for money and it's annoying.
