POOR POOR SERVICE ZOOM

Im so Dissapointed with Zoom Fibre installations. We moved 3.5 weeks ago from one house to another in our town. Where Zoom is the only fibre providers, we booked an installation at the new house. It was scheduled for the 18th of August. The following day Zoom contacted me to inform me that they will reschedule the installation due to Riots in our area. This then later changed to they are waiting for a manager to sign of the work order, back to riots, and people being in danger. My frustration is that two houses down from where i stay they did an istallation last week, and the week before. The best part of all this is that we are part of our towns GPF and no riots was reported in our town or any area for the pass month. I tried to contact them but the phone just gets hang up, my whatsapps get ignored. REALLY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING CHANGING FROM WIFI TO FIBRE MAKE SURE THERE IS ANOTHER PROVIDER OTHER THAT ZOOM IN YOUR AREA
