Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Our service has been disconnected since last Saturday yet we paid but they can't reconnect. Been communicating with several service consultants for a week now and they have been giving me run arounds till today. How does one get them to come and take their fibre coz it's useless and the service is very poor and unprofessional.
