Poor communication

I have never experienced such, the company communication is so poor, their WhatsApp system its even worse Nje, how do you promise me that my services will be activated on Monday however 5 days later still not done and no one is explaining or giving feedback on the challenges, I just see different technicians coming to my house on daily bases but no one communicate with me. I am lost, I sent email you just get auto response, they're quick to sign you up but they can't deliver
