Poor communication
I have tried to query with you guys but you don't reply or give me sound communication as I've tried to request help regards my wifi thats bipping red light , in active for 3 days now, and im told my ticket is resolved .
Lastly i don't know why im always struggling to be advised sound always when i try to request assistance from you

30 Jan 2025, 08:33Thank you for attending to my query your technical team came to my house and attended to the ticket logged , I've been advised by them that after sometime network will be available at the house unfortunately I've waited more than 5 hours to access network.
My router SSID name created on your portal doesn't appear on my phone but the router SSID does appear but even though i connect to it I cannot still access the internet and my router bips green and seems okay.
I then logged a query again and they gave me the ticket number:ZF0008U0P
Lastly ive already lost 4 days without internet and I've requested your service guys, i also would love to get all days ive missed internet as soon as you assist me.
I really hope my query will be solved someday, im tired of complaining now💔💔💔💔
