Pathetic service from Zoom.Avoid them if you can
Please avoid using this fibre company if you can. Pathetic after sales service. Neighbour damaged my cable doing building works and now i'm trying to schedule a re-installation. Get pushed from pillar to post. No one calls back. 3 weeks later I'm still trying.....

20 Dec 2023, 17:33Thanks Zandile. I can confirm that having finally spoken to someone at Zoom that understands the process (3 cheers to Elzet the superstar) the team arrived this morning on time and the work was completed and the fibre is back up and running
