Pathetic Service ever
i haven't used your services ,i send a WhatsApp and paid R245 as per request. Was told an installer will call me to arrange installation that has never happened ...i paid on the 25th of June yest still today i am waiting for an installation. i have given my daughters numbers as i cannot answer call during the day yet i am getting miscalls from your numbers which no one can get hold of the consultant as given this ZF000BN4V. Please note that your ticket is still with maintenance, it was updated on Friday. Kindly note that the SLA for maintenance queries is 4 working day, this chat will be closed have a lovely day further
