Pathetic Service and Unprofessional Technicians

The service is absolutely pathetic. The technicians are the worst — they give you incorrect advice, and when you follow it, you end up with even bigger issues.

We reported a problem, and instead of resolving it, the line was completely cut because of that very issue. It’s unacceptable that customers are left without internet for weeks while still being billed for a service that doesn’t work.

The level of communication and accountability is shocking. Nothing gets resolved, and you are constantly sent in circles with no real assistance.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences, and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
