Over priced Fibre

We had a contract with homeconnect which was our ISP, but due to your price increases, we then decided to cancel and switch over to zoom, which had been advertising a 20/20 mbps line for R298, but once our line was released and we where then able to contact zoom to get our new contract going, we learned that they have decided to cancel it and all customers that have taken the 20/20 contract will be asked to upgrade to the 50/50, we now are unable to go back to homeconnect which had provided a retention package of 30/30 to customers, but that was also over budgeted compared to zooms then adverti*****t. Now we are unable to get any reliable Fibre or internet, seeing as the only provider in our area in Zoom which caused all ISP to have the minimum speed of 50/50 at well over R500 which is ridiculous.
