Not worth it

I got the router installed over a week ago and they said my router has a problem, maintenance has to fix it. Then 7days later of calling them everyday. The answer is they don't know when the maintenance people will come down and this department has noway to be reached. If you in need of urgent WiFi don't even use it. In my street nearly all the houses they have a problem and customer care doesn't care at all
