not happy
i app**** for zoom flex fibre for cottage everything was done done ..then they sent me a reference to go and pay 240 so that installation can come..they only came after a week to instal which was the 15th april 2025..the technicians said that they cant finish the installation bacause maintanace people will come within a day or so to come and finish up....its over a week no one contacted me and when i do a follow up on thwir whatsapp they just giving me references telling me that a ticket was logged but still they not sending anyone to come and fix...ive called their customercare no1 picks up the line just cuts their whatsapp is also useless
everyday i do a follow up no1 is doing anythin
