No support. Bad service. Unreliable provider.
Reading all the other negative reviews makes my heart sink, as now I know the bad service and lack of support I'm getting is not an isolated case. This gives me little hope of a resolution. Paired with an even worse ISP, Supersonic, Zoom Fibre has turned out to be a big disappointment. I live in a town where Zoom is the only fibre provider and cellphone reception is low. I'm going to be advocating for some real competition in our area. Our business are suffering from bad service and support.
