NO SERVICE FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS - ZOOM IS THE WORST

This issue has been ongoing for the last 2 years. Zoom Fibre is basically denying us fiber in our townhouse complex. Their latest reply to Afrihost after attempting yet another fiber sign up - "Please be advised that for Zoom Fibre to provide service at the mentioned location, infrastructure work must be carried out within the complex. In this case, no such work has been done, meaning that Fibre is currently not available. Additionally, please note that we are not undertaking any new infrastructure builds at this time."

Seriously? WHAT A JOKE! They should have completed the infrastructure and distribution box installation 2 years ago when they dug the initial trenches and laid the cables. Absolutely the worst fiber company in SA. They should have NEVER got this contract to start off with! Imagine, getting denied fiber in 2025. It should be a basic Human right!
