NO password

I don't recommend Zoom Fibre to anyone. People need to stay away from them. I have been trying to request for a password and it's been a week now. No one respods to emails and the telephone number provided is also not going through. Their customer service department (wow) their are all programed. The agent that assisted me also can't do anything to assist me at this point. I'm so disappointed at this company. I have been consistent in following up but I'm not getting any help. Stay away from Zoom if you don't want any stress in your life. They just don't care.
