No network

On Friday my wifi started showing red light on the pon botton, I called them on Monday information them that my wifi doesn't work they only got back to me today saying they will send a technician to come and fix it the technician and said there are bees where there are supposed to fix so from Friday they are still waiting for a bee specialist I don't know how that is my problem because I pay my services every month
