No internet
My wifi is working and I've reported it, every month it's the same issues over and over again. I'm struggling to help the kids with their homework bcz there's no internet. Can my wifi be fixed! This is exhausting.!!

My wifi is not fix up until now, it's the 4th day today without wifi, Im struggling to help the kids with assignments. Zoom staff is so rude! They treat customers as if they not paying for the service. I paid for this wifi that is not working and nobody cc ares about that!!!!
