No complaints about service - there is none
Poor service or actually NONE AT ALL. Zoom Fibre has been giving me the run-around for 3 weeks with a myriad of excuses for not fixing my Fibre line. I have been without internet now for 3 weeks. Shoddy initial workmanship has rendered the line inactive and nothing is being done to fix it.ni have been to their offices in Middelburg 4 times with no joy. I still have no fibre...
