No after hours support
Cannot believe that Zoom does not have an after hours number for emergencies. My service provider escalated the issue to them, on a Saturday afternoon, after which I was informed it will take up to 6 working days to fix the problem. Contacted Zoom.... "you have reached us outside business hours...." What a load of BS!!!
