No After hour service

Second time on a Saterday after 14h00 the fibre just switches off. There is NO place to log a fault their technicians only work till two and them usually your connection stays off until sometime Monday when they can fix the problem. You don't get refunded fot the money you pay to BE CONNECTED. They make thousands of rands but obviously has no problem letting their clients sit without the service they pay for for days on end.
