Zoom, the Fibre infrastructure provider that your product uses, have increased their line prices and as a result, the monthly cost of your Fibre product will increase from 1 April 2023.

Your product details are as follows:

Account Number: ******* Product: 10Mbps Uncapped Fibre - Zoom Price pm: R445

This change will be effective by 1 April 2023 and will automatically apply to your next bill.

WHAT ON EARTH?????? Not what I signed up for!!! This was not explained. Haven't even had my line for 4 months! You ARE ******.
