Internet connection and very very bad service
So I had no internet connection last week and it got fixed on Thursday, then again it just stopped working on Sunday. They are very bad at what they do and now the wifi money has increased to R320 no messages to inform us about the changes. I am so done with this fibre network.

18 Jul 2025, 16:43Zoom fibre is the worst company i have ever worked with. Poor service don't respond to customer. Once you report a case they keep on saying they will look into it then leave you like that.
