Hi I've been complaining to zoom about my internet since last week Thursday and they say their aware of the interruption and their sending their team to look at the problem till today no internet and today I contacted them again and a consultant whose name is xolani told me a different story about municipality being busy installing sewerage system were are they busy with that because we're I stay there's no such a construction and was even rude saying it is not their problem because the municipality is busy like I haven't seen even one municipal vehicle so they not taking us seriously and we pay for the service but nothing is been delivered
