Installation horror!!!

We have been attempting to get an installation fixed since the start of our services with them. Our WiFi router was installed in the bedroom by one of the *********** technicians who claimed rhat he could not install it in a Korean suitable place because the material for installation was not adequate. He promised to return rhe next day to install it in appropriately, however, they want us to pay for them to do that. To fix an installation they botched in the first place. We do not have any wifi access in the rest of the house as it is limited to the bedroom only. Now, as a distance student and WFH employee, I am forced to sit in my bedroom all day to work, then to study and somehow have the mental capacity to fall asleep in what has been forcefully turned into my office. In addition, my father, being in a wheelchair, recently had to start working from home in the interim and that has proven difficult as my room us not big enough to accommodate both of us working in there. I feel ****med and quite shocked at the blatant disregard for quality service delivery.
