Immediate service to fix our server

The contractor are done working near our server and yet we are still without fiber/internet and when we call the service provider they tell me that I have to pay in order for them to come and fix it...how do I pay for something that has been damaged for 3 months now??and was not damaged by me or the community but rather the construction..all the other main server has been fixed except for our....Do Better guys
