It is so frustrating to have a service provider that does not care about their customers. They cannot be reached they are also not responding on whatsapp, no sense of urgency whatsoever i have no internet connection. its been 2 weeks and i paid the next thing i would get the extra two week with no connection i think the problem is that they dont have competition in the vaal. even now im on whatsapp for the past 15min with no reply
