I still say ZOOM IS USELESS

I dont know how many times must i complain before i get the service im paying for ..on the 10th i made a payment but my internet is still off..and im getting calls from zoom people telling me about installation instead of putting me back online....and worst thing their whatsapp these agents tell me different things ..so wnts me to take a picture of the router and send it which i did and still nothing sent the proof of payment still nothing
