I am disappointed/ WIFI router not working/ no solution

I am disappointed, because there has been an issue that has been going on from 23 February 2026 and it is still ongoing, the is no solution from the customer service in all the channels I've tried to communicate with. There was a red light flicking on the router, me and my neighbors we had no access to the WIFI internet. The red light was gone, the issue in my area was fixed, because my neighbors WIFI internet was back, but mine is still not back, there are only two green lights on the router, Power and PON is keeping on flicking, when I contact the customer service, they are keeping on telling me the same thing "The ticket has been solved, Thank you for your patience, I have investigated your service and have identified that your connection has been impacted by an outage in your area. We cannot confirm when the outage will be restored but can assure you that our technicians are currently working on repairs to restore connectivity timely." or "I have investigated your service and have identified that your connection has been impacted by an outage in your area. We cannot confirm when the outage will be restored but can assure you that our technicians are currently working on repairs to restore connectivity timely." or "your ticket is still open with maintenance for further assistance. The ticket was logged on the 19/03/26. Kindly note that our team has a 4-day SLA to attend to tickets." or "I have investigated your service and have identified a problem with your connection. A ticket has been logged to our support team for further assistance. Please expect a call from them for further assistance.", I've never received any call from the technicians and I think the issue is on the router, because my neighbors have internet. Please see the following reference numbers since the beginning of the issue on the 25th of February 2026, ZF000E9ER, ZF000EGGG and ZF000EGVI and the WiFi router only worked for about a week or 2 then it stopped working for 5 days and worked for about 2/3 days and the issue started again.
