Horrible service from Zoom Fibre

Very bad service been received from Zoom Fibre. They advised Home connect that their technician had visited my home to check on my network issues. But that is a lie as no one ever showed up here. And worse there was no one at home on the day that they claim to have came here. So who did they visit, and how did they enter my yard since no one was home? Then a week later they call to asked if i am home as a technician is in our area to come check on the issue. So they cant even make appointment. Funny enough with them is their sales agent are in our suburb every single day selling their fiber. But they can not attend to network issues. so their business model is just to sell new business and not attend to existing clients. The other day again their technician decided to just show up without making an appointment. So i guess they don't have phones or fiber to even send an email to make an appointment.
