Horrible internet speeds

Zoom fibre offers the worst fibre internet service, I’m with Mweb and upgraded to a 100/100 mb line and I can honestly count on my fingers the number of the days I actually got speeds of 90+ throughout the whole day. Most of the time by 2pm my speed has dropped to below 30 and by 6pm I’m sitting on speeds of 2mb and 1mb which is unusable, after 11pm my speeds finally go up, this has been happening rinse and repeat since January and mweb says that zoom checked the line and everything is okay but clearly things are not okay because the last 4 months I’m barely getting the speeds I’m paying for
