fiber instalation taking long
Good day I made the payment for Zoom Fiber on Thursday, and the agent assured me that the installation team would come on Friday. However, they still haven't shown up. When I try to contact your agents, they keep asking for the same thing without making any progress. This is extremely frustrating, as I need the fibre connection for work.
