Fetch your router and refund my money
My router stopped working on Saturday and I logged a ticket yesterday Monday 18 August 2025 the service from the customer care agents is pathetic especially Keleabetswe, I want my router fixed today or you refund me and collect your flippen router. I'm tired of the bad service I receive everytime I follow up.
