Extremely Poor Service and Delayed Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Zoom Fibre.

I app**** for fibre installation, but the process took far longer than expected with little to no communication. I made several attempts to follow up through calls and WhatsApp messages, but I did not receive any meaningful assistance or clear updates.

Due to the delays and lack of support, I decided to cancel my application and requested a refund. I was instructed to send a bank confirmation letter, which I did on the 27th of March. However, up to now, no progress has been made and I have still not received my refund.

Overall, everything with this company seems to take an unreasonable amount of time, and the lack of customer service is very frustrating. I would not recommend Zoom Fibre to anyone who values efficiency and reliable communication.

This experience has been very disappointing.
