EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY HELP!!! I am appalled about the customer service. had no internet connection for days whereas their technicians are the one's that messed up with our connection when they were fixing for one of their customers in our street . It is such an inconvenience. Their agents are rude and unhelpful, and quick to close a case. I have been waiting for days for someone to come, no feedback, not email responses, no sense of urgency, you can't even get someone to speak to on a phone, what type of company is this? They are ****s and unreliable. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
