empty promises

Zoom fibre had a launch in PMB on sat and they make promises which they do not keep to. If this is the service they provide then it is not the way to go for internet connection, they cannot be trusted. I phoned the call center to speak to the operations mgr and was told they will pass the message. i did say it was urgent but no call i received. nikhl works in the maketing dept and therefore can sell but hs does not keep to his word. They lie. please be careful.
