Don't subscribe to Zoomflex, there's no service here

Zoomflex and Flexiwifi

I'm writing this review because no one seems to care about my calls logged last month already

The bad service we've been getting from this whole experience is appalling. The ZF00AVHG ref hasnt been attended from zoomflex and clearly no one is willing to assist me even today.

My sister tried to email both the companies on my behalf since I didnt have internet, the response was ref ZF00BCV5 and was told a rep will contact her, but no one called till today. Further she was told to send a WhatsApp instead, and we all know that with WhatsApp our issue is never going to be involved.

Zoomflex is passing the ball instead, they tell me to speak to Flexiwifi and I don't really see why I should be the one running around to speaking to ISPs that they offered to me.

I'm unable to follow up with you guys due to lack of internet access and this has also affected my daily life because my kids need internet for school purposes. Im not able to even pay this months pay this months subscription because the issues is still not resolved. How can I continue with a company I can't even trust.

The level of unprofessionalism in Zoomflex needs to be known by the public at large. Do not ever bother yourselves into joining Zoom fibre services good people.

We are expecting a technician to be dispatched or to be contacted after this and compensate my money back for lack of services in some of the days I paid for in May but couldn't . Its for the last time we reach out to either Zoomflex or Flexiwifi
