Complaint Regarding WiFi Installation Challenges in BORWA WESTONARIA STAND 5271
Dear Zoomfibre Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the challenges I am facing while attempting to install WiFi at my residence in [stand 5271 unit 78 Letaba street, Borwa, Westonaria 1765]. Despite coverage being available in the area, your agents have not provided a feasible solution for installation.
It has come to my attention that, as a prerequisite for installation, I am expected to gather at least 20 signatures from other residents who are interested in Zoomfibre services. This requirement places an unreasonable burden on me, as it is not my responsibility to recruit customers or petition others for access to a service I am ready and willing to pay for.
Adding to the frustration, areas just five streets away from my location are already using Zoomfibre without such requirements. It is disheartening that while Zoomfibre advertises its services as accessible and customer-oriented, I am being subjected to this inconvenience simply because my area is newly developed.
I kindly request that Zoomfibre re-evaluate its approach to handling new area installations and provide a fair and reasonable solution for customers like myself. I urge you to expedite the process for providing coverage to my residence without placing undue responsibility on me to act as a middleman for your customer acquisition.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue and proceed with the installation as soon as possible.
