Come take your nonsense and refund us

Yet again horrible experience with robotic responses. The last time, I had to write a Hellopeter review for my internet to be repaired. So again two weeks without internet I am bad to review Zoom Fibre service. The last time the internet was out, no one gave us our credit, again we paid a full month for 0 service, and they keep saying they will call us and send a technician. The technicians don't even bother to come to our house even if they are working next door. I am so dissatisfied with Zoom fiber that it's not even funny anymore. Best they come and collect their useless modem and we can just sign up for LTE because they are useless as a whole company
