Close this Company

This company is not to be trusted under any circumstances. They have false service providers eg: Accelerit Technologies. Zoom has no care for its clients, as their service providers are *********.

I had no service from their service providers for 6 months last year 2021. Their service provider Accelerit billed me for two months with no service and further now wants to list me on ITC. I has requested for my month to month contract to be cancelled during this time, they still haven't done it to date.

No one has contacted me to date except a debt collector VI Debt. So i asked for proof of usage report for the months that they are claiming for me to pay? Still haven't received anything. Their SP Accelerit cannot provide one because there isn't one! VI Debt should be blacklisted as well fro conspiring.

Now they want to list me on ITC for their poor SP !!!

I call on all South Africans to bring down this company and their Service Providers.

We should stop using this company immediately

Ombudsman should get involved together with competition council & government.
