Bas service and internet connection

I have not had internet connection for the past 2 weeks and on Friday the maintenance guys came in to fix it but they left it and said they have to come move the box because it's always faulty but since then I have never had from them. Now they say I must pay before they come and fix the problems. I have decided that I'm no longer using the fibre I will change into something that has better service and network connection.
