Bad very bad no help at all

Hi everyone I really need someone to help not fool , unfortunately zoom flexi they only respond when you write a bad review about them and would like to warn everyone not to go to them for business ,I've been asking them how to pay they dont know I have ticket no to prove,but do they worry no, and their Whatsapp no people there are rude and useless don't know what they doing ,I don't mind Lossing them as a service provider
