Bad service

Yhooo hayi I give up on zoom these people are useless don't know what they doing only thing they know is to say sorry I've been with out wifi since Sunday 3nov I called on Monday no help Wednesday they say they will send technicians Thursday they came go back waiting for office ,they won't call ke to update I must call myself now yesterday was very rude to them I ask why do the charge if they cannot offer service they said they will send technicians now technicians was here they left they say the office must update now tell me now I'm paying for service that is not delivered no this is nonsense they offer bad service I would not recommend even to my enemy
