its been 7 days with no internet connection and yet i paid for it no commucation about the issue all of a sudden your whats app chat box doesnt work anymore , i would like my refund and also cancel the wifi if not i will be opening a case against you guys might as well take it further

you guys sent people to come switch the firbe box yet there’s still no resolution you take me from agent to the next troubleshoot agent you guys are wasting my time I still have no connection and it’s day 9 of it yet I paid on time can i kindly cancel this contract and also get my refund as I paid zero service I do not want any calls from you guys because you all say the same thing and take me through the same process I will only allow calls from the escalation department that you guys keep telling me about you guys have 2days to resolve my matter if not I will not lie but I will take this to twitter and will also take it to the high court also please request a call recording between me and an agent called shumane as he was the one that sold me this so can I kindly get that recording I’m done playing nice with you guys
