Bad customer service
Even till this day no technical support came to my house even a single phone call to assist with my WiFi, all they do is making empty promises that my issue has been escalated to relevant department so it means I'm the foolish one here been getting empty promises but I dnt even owe this people my WiFi account is up to date but I'm not getting service I paid for really it's a disgrace n sham of a company wouldn't recommend to anyone...

11 Oct 2024, 22:09This is the worst company ever from end of the month I'm gonna cancel their services because I'm paying for offline WiFi of which it's very sad I cannot use the service or WiFi, they gave me the reference number:ZF0006MRS n that my case had been escalated to management but till this day nobody phoned or texted or came to my house the WiFi is still offline, so I feel the company failed me as a customer n they do not have sense of urgency for their customers or clients,
