Bad customer service
The service I got from an agent at Palm Springs Mall is poor and unprofessional. That lady clearly doesn't know what she I doing there. She incorrectly registered our address and it was intentional because she is now denying ever assisting us. I'm not happy at all and she needs to be let go or retrained
