Bad customer service

Unprofessional people, I have been waiting for my installation since the 6th but all I get is excuses and lie. Installation people hired lie about me not having an infrastructure and also how many rooms I have outside while fibre is requested by the owner of the property and it's going to the house not rooms. They have been sending me from pillar to post by making me call them everyday and fight with them to install fibre. Everyday is a story. I just need them to fix the issue by installing the fibre as I really need it for the kids..
