Bad connection, no communication, uncontrollable increases on the amount

I have been a customer of Zoom Fiber for a few months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been subpar. The internet speeds are often slow, and outages are a regular occurrence. Customer service can be unresponsive and unhelpful. For the price, I expect better reliability and faster speeds. And the price is keeping on increasing without any explanations.
