Bad Communication

It's really amazing how a big company like ZOOM is ran like a ****a shop. I just wonder who is the CEO or manager of the company that doesn't have a proper way of doing things.

It's really annoying that a big company like ZOOM is unable to manage their technicians or maintenance team.

The owner really hired people who don't know their job, or people who are not well managed.

As a guy who has worked for years in business I do understand well that this is not how to run a business, not at all...

It's even annoying to log a call because it will only be a waste of time because when you make a follow up consultants or Zoom agents they themselves don't even know what to say to clients.......

It's more annoying when you make a direct call because you will be answered by a machine with a promise that they will call you back and that will never happen.

ZOOM hire people who are willing to work....
