Appalling service from Zoom fibre

The service I've been receiving from Zoom Fribre is beyond appalling

It's been week or weeks without internet connection even now there's no connection I've been reporting and their agents are unprofessional and rude and I've been told the same thinv that their support team is gonna get get back to me till today I'm still waiting the are always giving me run around when I reach out saying their support team is going to call me they've escalated my complain till today I'm still waiting for feedback even today .

I'm not sure what needs to happen , the WiFi is still not active after weeks of not having connection , please tell me what needs to happen now coz I paid and not enjoying the service .
